Most of the games are now classified as abandonware
Legally there's no such thing as abandonware. If you're distributing these games you're performing piracy. The least you do is to harm 3rd party sales of the originals. It would also make it much harder for any legal player to enter the field and offer similar service.
Any packages on the site will be removed from the site at the request of the current copyright owners, should they wish to directly deny distribution. 
You may play such tricks if you want, but it doesn't make it any more legal.
The only way to make legal would be that the players themselves provide the games they play, or that you obtain license to distribute the games.
That all being said, it's your decision really. I don't like what you're doing, but there's nothing I can do.. except voice my concerns. Amiga.org policy allows piracy these days, as well.
