Amiga 4000 - Clear | ||

Description: This is my first attempt to make a plexiglass top cover for my A4000. It is made out of very strong Lexan (which is like plexiglass but way more $$ and way stronger). It can easily have a 20" monitor - or even larger, sit on top of it, that is how strong it is. Probably stronger than the original A4000 casing... Inside you can see the CDROM drive, Power Supply, Warp Engine 4028 with 96MB ram, motherboard ram, lithium battery (this is an A4000-CR board), and Mediator PCI. Under the monitor base is a Voodoo 3 PCI. For the Power Supply I will also re-do the casing for it in plexiglass or Lexan so you can see inside that, too :-) Picture Stats: Views: 1491 Filesize: 180.1kB Height: 768 Width: 1024 Posted by: HammerD at December 03, 2007, 08:05:17 AM Image Linking Codes

motorollin Posts:8669 | December 03, 2007, 04:36:22 PM I'm not usually a fan of transparent computer cases, but I have to admit that looks really cool! Good luck with the PSU mod - it will look even better with a transparent case :-) -- moto |
