Is there a way to get the docks of amidock smaller?
I can't find any docu about this within os3.9
Would love to have more visable screen and to use smaller icons and with it the smaller docks.
Or do I have to use an other program???

The vertical size of the Amidock window will always be as tall as the tallest icon in the dock. There's also an invisible sizing drag bar to adjust the horizontal size. It's on the side opposite the "Edit..." gadget (right side, by default).

You could use smaller icons for AmiDock or try Polynet, if you use PNG icons with it you can resize the bar as small as you want. The demo is limited to four icons per bar, the full version is 15 euros.

I use it myself check this screenshot of my OS3.9 desktop. The icons for the bar are scaled at 75%.
