I'll hopefully be joining you sooner than later.
Cash came off the card on 22nd, so I'm hoping it'll be here 'real soon now'. :-D
Pro Station Audio - drool!
Mac on linux interests me too.
BTW Jim, can I chin you for help when I get it ?
-
Good luck with your Peg redrumloa! :-D

@Wilse
Absolutely:-) Just ask away when you get your peggy:-) There is
a learning curve on the Peggy I am learning, but it is a
pretty easy one:-)

Great news. Maybe I won't have to ask at all.
:-)

Thats great news at the moment im online and sending this message with my pc it seems that all other countries get there a1,s before i do the pegasos is looking better everyday.

Great, nice to see more people up
and running. Once you get all your
favourite apps in place, everything
works smooth and quick. I am also
having a great time experimenting with
MorphOS for awhile now.
I am trying to get MacOnLinux going right
now too, but linux isn't as forgiving
as MorphOS. ;)

Quite a change from a classic machine, isn't it?
I've been using IBrowse 2.3. I used to think it was acceptable on my A4000... What a difference between that and the Pegasos.:-)

I got my board last Friday, just been waiting for some hardware for it to arrive from kdh...
Come on Red, let me hear you say it: it's better than emulation. :-)

You too? Yowzers! How many of us 'blonde cheerleaders' have turned to the dark side? :lol:
I await mine with baited breatn. :-)
Can we expect a review from you?
And are you still buying an A1?
Cheers,

Believe me, a lot. I'm still a blonde cheerleader though, just a wrinkled one with dark roots who chain smokes. ;-)
You'll love this board the moment you see it. It's tiny and well made. :-) It just looks so...damn cool! I advise you to start ordering your stuff for it now, to minimise the wait.
Can we expect a review from you?
Sure, if it's wanted. I run the risk of repeating stuff from Red though.
And are you still buying an A1?
An A1 has been becoming increasingly unlikely for me, and not just this year. It's too expensive and too speculative. I'll buy OS4 when it comes out for my BPPC Amiga (and maybe use it on the Peg if I'm ever allowed to, which is very unlikely). I still wish the best of luck to everyone with an A1 or those who intend to buy one.

Congrats!
My Cyberstorm PPC 4000T has been powered off since i"ve got my Peg online! Running MiamiDx,
VoyagerPPC MOS Native, Ibrowse 2.3 Reg, Yam 2.3 68k.. It rocks!! My friend just came by my studio with a Brand New G4 Titinium Cinema Display Laptop and he was blown away checking his email with VoyagerPPC how fast it was! Quote " I barely got through hitting return on the url and the site was up!" :) :)
enjoy
realize
Ainc has alot of catching up to do

@red :
which mni driver do you use for the in board ethernet controller ?
is it one of the common mni drivers, or do you need a special one ?
/me thinks over buying a peggy or peggy 2 system
-
Good news red! It must be a nice feeling to
fire up the new setup...I can't wait for Peg2.:-)
-
@shlva
I am using the standard rhine.device that comes with MOS1.3 and so
farhave no problems using it with Miami.
-
@-D-
Yeah it is great to fire up a new platform that gives you so much of
the old Amiga feeling with such speeeeed.

@Red
First impression good or bad?
-
Well?
How is it going?...:-D
Any feedback?
Raquel and Bill :-)
-
It's not going well. It seems my pegasos doesn't work. I'm still waiting for my full gear to arrive and will see then.
