The announcement is designed to create attention for the Aachen show.

Is it any different than Amiga Inc. announcing that there would be a huge announcement at WOASE? (all it turned out to be was the MS deal)

Finally somebody is going to sort out this legal BS. No more thinly veiled threats. No more "we're gonna sue, we're looking into it, we're preparing legal action" BS. Lies, all of it.
