Is it just me or is the bittorrent download slow as hell?

I'm getting 2 or 3 KBps.

The ftp download can't find the server when you run the small install program, so i'm stuck with torrent.

Their custom download prog crashes here and BT didn't do anything the first 15 mins but after a while I was dloading at 70kbyte/sec.

People, I am hooked on Anarchy Online. Seriously, I am going to have to go to Anarchists Anonymous soon. I've only been playing for a few days but it has me in its clutches.

This Study about MMORPGs reveals a lot about their addiction.

I still have a shrink wrapped edition of Everquest 1 somewhere. Still sealed never opened.

I think I have too much to lose by getting addicted to online gaming. Glad I never opened it as I am the type that could easily get trapped by this sort of stuff.

The addiction stems from the fact that you are interacting with people from all over the world, and you can make up a team on the spur-of-the-moment and go and kick some monsters' arses for fun.
The level of customising is amazing. You might be put off by the beginners' island, but get yourself to about level 6 there and then start playing for real on the mainland.

Warning: your family and friends and work colleagues will never see you again...

Delete it? At least that's what I did, it couldn't really grip me to go beyond the island thingy you crash onto after you stepped into that shuttle.
