eWeek Reports Apple going with PPC 970

eWeek is reporting that Apple is nearing the release of desktop systems featuring IBM's 64-bit PowerPC 970 chip. Nice to see it's coming along, hopefully it makes it into some popular non-Apple computers too.

IF that is so; do you have any details on the next Pentium 4’s core (i.e. Prescott)?
