This famous SPAM filter of theirs seems to be an issue.
I've emailed them in the past and got no reply and then I emailed them 3 days ago to enquire about the correct shipping costs for a Radion card and replacement ROMs for my FastATA4000 and got 2 fast and helpful replies over 2 days.
Make sure you're using a good email account, don't swear in the text and make sure the subject line isn't blank.
If all else fails then send your email to me and I'll forward it to them as mine seems to go through.
