Games especially are not 'properly written software' in most cases. Thats why you need lots of patches in WHDload, it is not for installation only.

And now you have 060 and a new ultrapipelined ultrafast 080, the situation gets more difficult.

I guess the tax is collected by your country? How can you ("not")blame them and not yourself for not being uptodate with tax regulations?
