Bonza Mayte.  Sydney, I would have said Brissy.
In any case did everybody cringe when he started trying to remove the RAM module from the trapdoor?  My toes curled.
You bloody beaute mayte!  Pretty good with most of the facts.  Did his research.

a recording of yourself sounds very different from what you think it does (learnt that when I posted some vids of my kids for my mum on youtube and she is all, 'thats not you talking'..).

I watched the 40 minute video in about 15 minutes as I had to keep fast forwarding...

I just watched all 40 mins of that for some reason.  No idea why.   Seen the inside of an A500 enough times.  Huy is obviously very enthusiastic  about old tech :)

Looks like an auz version of dooomy :)

Hadn't heard of him until the beginning of the week when I saw a video when he tested ChipQuick to remove SMD components. I will watch some of his videos when he is testing or working with PCB software. His way of speaking reminds me of Steve Irwin.

As a general comment, I appreciate people doing videos about electronics and electronic design/repair. More geekness to the people:D

While I admit at first this voice was pretty annoying I like his no bs style. He can be pretty funny and usually pretty knowledgeable. I've learned a few things.

I was cringing at certain parts of that videoand wanted to see him get a little deeper of course.

Overall I'm still happy that we got some coverage and that he looked at it....not often enough that I see Amiga stuff outside of a few sites.

I didn't find his voice annoying.  But there again you should hear some british accents.  Try listening to a scouse accent for a few mins :)
