Title: RexxMast startup and pop-up window

I'm starting RexxMast from the wbstartup folder. Is there a way to start it "quietly"? In other words, prevent the pop-up window from appearing? It's only there for a few seconds, but I'd like to get rid of it nonetheless.

Start it from the User-Startup instead...

I run it right before User-Startup from the regular Startup-Sequence
