I am looking to research building an REU. I have a logic analyzer. It is not a pro unit but it should be good for this. I got alot on my mind I would like to do. Most have already been done. It still sounds like fun though.
Sincerely.

I'm with red, the 128DCR roxx.. The flat plastic regular 128's have alot of bus noise.

I'd take a metal case over a plastic case any day of the week, so DCR for me. Well, at least before going in a tower:D

If you have a specific need for a 64k VDC that's cool, but for build quality I prefer the original one :)

I did see the schematic the second time I went by the site.
Has anyone used a 6502 in a C64? I guess they had to emulate the P0...4 lines.
The the 6510 has port mapped I/O and the 6502 has memory mapped I/O.
It has been a while since I got into a real C64.
With a C64, what I have read is that $DF0x is the start of where the reu sends and receives data and commands. Making address decode is the hard part I guess.
