Where do you have your Radeon in your system?  Try it in the top slot.  I have the older, 5v version, but it's pretty picky on where the graphics card is.  Also, make sure it's seated straight in, I had loads of problems until I realized the bar at the top that holds the bus board into place has slots that the board goes into to keep it straight :P

Well, to get the most obvious out of the way... is it formatted fat32 or ntfs?  I haven't tried ntfs on mine, just fat32, and it works as long as you install the fat32 bits that come with Poseidon.
