It looked to me like just a picture of a dirty A3000 with a boing ball photoshopped onto the keyboard.

What a disgrace!  I'm sorry, but the A3000 is a work of art.  It (as produced by C=) is the best looking computer ever made.  The only thing better than an A3000 is an A3000UX :-D The extra letters make the logo look more natural.

BTW: did swap the keyboard innards with one from an 1200/4000?

 IIRC, the A3000's keyboard have "cream" (beige) key caps.

@dbrads

Just owning an Amiga is a mark of solidarity.

Oh and with regards to the Gold coloured Amiga, it just look like it is very badly yellowed. But if that's paint you had left, I suppose why not paint your Amiga?!

Well, it needs the whole thing painted or not painted.  Half and Half is tacky looking.  Let me see it when it's done . . .  :crazy:

motorollin - I painted it!  However, a friend has recommended dying the parts rather than painting.

It is not done yet, expect some even more tacky additions, speed lines, pinstripes, paintings of W, and several different keyboards of rainbow colors.  Maybe some NASCAR decals or Hello Kitty.  Wallpaper!!!  Why didn't I think of that before?

Hasn't anyone ever heard of a hobby?

By the way, those are Spanish yellow and Spanish red.  Whine at the Spanish, wilya?

Well, its your system so you can paint it whatever colour you wish, I "wish" you had not used gold though.

p.s. I have already done the Boing sticker on the keyboard thing, I think it looks cool, all Amiga owners should do the same as a mark of solidarity  :lol:

I guess this is the limited edition A3000 Gold - especially made to celebrate 1 million produced machines, just like they did with the A500 and C64.

Keeps one wondering where they stored the other 950.000 A3000s that were never sold. :lol:

But really, I can dig painted A500s, 600s or 1200s, but an A3000? No way, that is just plain ugly. Especially when it's gold! You just should have made it black instead, or at least a little less awkward than this. :-(

There; I've been as gentle as possible.
