Title: Source for ZIP / zig-zag RAM chips?

Anyone know of a source for ZIP or zig-zag package RAM chips?

I'd like to expand the memory of my currently-2MB A2620 accelerator board.

Only 16 or 32 256k×4 page mode ZIPs 80-100 ns.
