 I'm having problems with paypal. Um, little help here would be appreciated, hopefully privately. Thanks :-)
1. My browser at home does not have any SSL support. Does AWEB_APL has ssl feature. The other two browsers I got is only a demo.
2. My country is not listed on paypal(Philippines)
3. Is paypal really secure even if I place another country just for the sake of submitting it?
4. Is this the right place for me to ask this kind of question here? I wish this could be a little private also?
