All I ever really played on the Amiga was flight sims.

Wings
Knights of The Sky
F19 Stealth Fighter
F117-a Nighthawk
Gunship
Gunship 2000
B17 Flying Fortress
F15 Strike Eagle II
Their Finest Hour
Reach For The Skies

I had lots more than this, but these were my favorites.
