Say what is BB4+? I tried a search for it but could not find it. I can guess it is Workbench upgrade.

It's an unofficial Boing Bag update to OS3.9, created by some members of the community. Updated libraries, some new bundled programs, things of that nature.

Not sure what the (+) plus means or where you may have seen that.

I saw that comment mentioning "BB4+", as well. I've done pretty extensive research on this and AFAIK there is no 4+. I think what poster meant was that they've done additional updates beyond 4, such as additional library updates beyond what are included in 4.

If there were an actual "4+" release, I I wish people would just upload these things to Aminet, instead of relying on hunting down obscure websites. *sigh*  :(

Matt_H has it correct; it a recent (past year) update with most recent device drivers, libraries (such as icon.lib) and self adds correct S:S-S lines.

I think it's the same, since it's still a WIP.

The changes mentioned by danbeaver are in the changelog:

Quote
Changes between V0.9u and V0.9v:
      * Updated icon.library from 46.4.284 to 46.4.326
      * Added Ram-Handler (PatchRAM version)

Changes between V0.9t and V0.9u:
      * Fixed remaining startup-sequence issues.
      * Removed extraneous vlink.device files.

Changes between V0.9s and V0.9t:
      * Fixed some startup-sequence issues.

Changes between V0.9r and V0.9s:
      * Updated icon.library from 46.4.270 to 46.4.284.

So in other words, there is no actual "BB4+", which is what the original poster's question was.  Correct?

Aah, Amiga, making things difficult since 1985.  ;)

Is it weird that I see the Old rocker guy as 'Amigaaaaaa' and the song "the Cradel of Love" by Billy Idol pops into my head?

Right as soon as I read your post I remembered. I guess I had mental block from being away from the Amiga too long!

Yes that makes sense, I think the + threw me off since I hadn't been around the amiga for a while.
