Not sure if he's an A.org member, Whether he's just an Amiga lover with a dream or just in it to make (or lose) some money, doesn't matter at the end of the day as long as he manages to deliver to us all a nice new Amiga to play around with... :)

I e-mailed A-EON over a week ago asking about progress and heard nothing back.

Do not worry about this, he is back in New Zealand and may be off on one of his trips. I have not had a reply for a few days myself. Last time I had a delay he was in the south pole. X1000 will be being worked on heavily :-)
