I emailed him with an idea for a product in the late 90's, he emailed back and said I'd stolen the idea from him.
He then went on to list all the technical problems that would need to be solved with his idea, which didn't make any sense. Looking at what he shipped over a decade later, it still doesn't make sense.
I'm not saying he stole my idea, it's possible we both had similar ideas. He didn't want to accept the possibility of that at all.
