Confirmed:
I am using 3.1.4 on WinUAE and the UAE4ARM implementation found in Amibian 1.4 for Raspberry Pi and so far both work perfectly.
When I get some time I will install the 3.9 updater-to-3.1.4 which Thomas has kindly uploaded to Aminet.
