if you're looking for a version of the enhancer software pack that is for classic systems or for UAE, then your best bet is to purchase the heavily discounted 'special edition' at amigakit or on amistore.
I had to hunt through that link to find clarification, but it does, in fact, say "minimum requirements: AmigaOS 4.1 Update 6".
At one point I recall a discussion about a version of Enhancer for 3.x. I guess that got dropped by the wayside?
