I have already performed the 3.9 + 3.1.4 integration several times: It requires some work, but it is not voodoo magic by any means.

Could you tell more about this? This what I'm going todo, so I'm interested.

Bought and got mail from support@2checkout.com with serial. But can't register. Says "Invalid serial number. Please try again".

Double check it two different web browsers and 100% serial is correct.

Download link in mail does work, so problem is partially sorted out.

I curious, what kind of icon set there is for A500/A600/A2000?

I'm trying to make 1mb kickstart. Everything OK, but I just can't get new exec work. Everything else works, with bb2 exec, but if I try 3.1.4 exec it just doesn't work. Currently I have only tried with WinUAE.

Is scsi.device 45.7 better than 43.45p?

http://aminet.net/package/driver/media/SCSI4345p

43.45p has been best scsi.device for amiga for years now, it doesn't have typical size limits at all. Including 128gb limit.

45.7 does it offer same features?

SCSI.device's size limits are quite important for me. My boot partition is 30gb and hard drive is 500gb. That hard drive was not recognized at all with original 3.1 scsi.device, but worked out of the box with with my custon kickstart with 43.45p scsi.device

Has anyone tested big hard drive support?

Do I remember right that CDTV will be supported in future?  Stephen Leary aka Terrible fire has rebuild cdtv.device, so that he could support CDTV with his accelerators.

Because of copyrights everyone needs to build it himself.

Quote
The build environment requires.

CDTV.H from the original CDTV Developer CD. Place it in the build folder.
Python 2.7 - to generate the cdtv.i file from the CDTV.H (can be done on linux etc)
VASM - My assembler of choice.
Amiga NDK 3.9
Gnu Make
MD5SUM (to verify the file checksum only)
OR...

You can use docker. Add the CDTV.H file then..

docker build . -t terriblefire/vbcc

Then to build the sources

docker run --rm --volume "$PWD":/usr/src/compile --workdir /usr/src/compile -i -t terriblefire/vbcc make

He has a message for a Amiga os devs

Quote
I am happy for the original copyright holders and those with an AmigaOS development license to compile and include this code in a binary ROM that they distribute. Actually please do!!! I want this to happen. Make improvements to the CDTV Extended ROM while you are at it!!!

you need to edit CD0 file in SYS:strorage/dos drivers and copy it to sys:devs/dos drivers to be automatically mounted on boot. In CD0 file you need to add device driver, unit number AND cdfilesystem.
