I had put a1200 into big tower (for ppc cooling) , but that case takes a LOT of space.
I'd like to put it into smaller one, or even better, desktop.
Any reccomendations?
Thanks.

The A1200 has quite a wide mobo so I use a tall case especially as I used to have an Alfa Data cd controller in the pcmcia port so needed the height.
For standard ATX cases a short tower will take roughly as much floor space as a tall tower.
What else do you have connected that you need to accommodate?

thanks.
I have a pcmcia ethernet card. iirc, amikit or someone used to sell 90deg adapter, but that would probably require too wide case then?
perhaps 180deg adapters exist. anyway those adapters aint cheap.
I also have bvision.

I wanted one of those Elbox towers for a long long while...
The Elbox website says it's discontinued BTW - does anyone know of any other vertical towers for 1200 motherboards which are still available?

I don't know much about bvision but your comment about 180 degree adapters got me thinking...although expensive could two 90 degree adapters be connected to make a 180 degree one?

Retro Ready One do sell the KA02 but theyy don't look as though they'll fit in a tower case. There is one on the market that looks as though it will fit, sits snugly to the side of the motherboard but can't remember who sells them

Sordan sell this - https://www.sordan.ie/product/535/angle-90-degree-pcmcia-adapter-for-amiga-600-1200-tower-system/

Thank you very much for the offer - I was more curious than in the market to buy one, but that's very kind of you to offer.
I have a Checkmate case ready to receive a 1200 motherboard. I've slowly been buying everything I need and waiting for the final piece of the puzzle - I'm on the waiting list for a Vampire V2 1200 - before putting it all together. This has just been converted to the waiting list for a V4 IceDrake, so the whole project will have to wait for those to be built and released first.
