can the included rtg.library be used without the layers.library ?

The reason is I am trying to get Napalm to work under AOS4.1 on my A1200PPC+BVPPC. Apparently it requires rtg.library but so far the only thing I get is a guru with the provided library, and I hope your update will make to work !
