The Tsunami 1230 arrived, and I gave it a spin on my OS 3.9 BB4 A1200. It ran perfectly with no startup-sequence, but regular boot gave a pink screen and that's it. I communicated with Edu Arana about the issue, and he stated that modules loaded in OS 3.9 startup-sequence with an existing install were not compatible in some cases with the Tsunami 1230. He recommended a new installation with the Tsunami 1230 in place. Ergonomically, the Tsunami 1230 has it's IC's facing upward when installed and is therefore the same dynamic as the motherboard. ACA cards, and others, are inverted when installed and this is a particular play on dynamics and response I believe. Read French kiss.

I've replaced my ACA 1230 card for now as I am not bothered to re-do my startup sequence or installation. The Tsunami 1230 future expansion port is a custom lateral PCI slot.
