If someone graffiti's your house and you don't like it, then you don't have to look at it.

They don´t graffiti your house, they just offer the service, it is upto you to decide if you want to. The service is still there, but it is optional

This new version of layers.library is so far working fine with Birdie.
See attached screenshot, where I show nice OS4 like window borders with Birdie and then on the CLI I show that your new layers.library is doing its thing.

BTW, I couldnt extract your new rtg.library from the archive, due to bad crc. I downloaded several times both archives, but I still get the same result, layers.library gets extracted fine but rtg.library doesnt.
