If anyone is interested in betatesting the 68K or X86 PM me.  You'll need a github account. :)

I logged in but can't find the 68k or x86 version in GitHub.

Love seeing AROS spread to multiple CPU arch and having major application like Final Writer 2015 coming along for the ride.

Shouldn't it better be called FinalWriter 2016 or even 2017?

that is a strange comment from owner... why not offering a updated 68k version first?

It's not strange.  It's merely taking much longer than I had hoped.  As for the 68K version it was my hope to get an updated one out first.

Yeah, really looking forward to the 68k. With the Vampire installed, using a updated FW will be a quite enjoyable expirience.

Yeah - Looks really nice!

I bought the FinalOffice 97 package back in 1998. I love FinalWriter, but here in Germany we had some orthography reforms the last in 2006.

This made the spell checker in FW more or less useless.

Is there a way to update the German spell-checker database as well?
Or a possibility to use an existing German open source spell-checker as plugin - like e.g. LanguageTool?

Do you happen to know what became of FinalCopy, the "little brother" of FinalWriter?
