Off topic. Why are there always American flags outside of shops? :confused:
It is Florida. It is full of tourists. It is to let them know they didn't get off the plane in Canadia by accident.
In Texas they do it to remind people that despite the fact that almost everyone seems to be speaking Spanish, they are still in the USA.
