@X-Ray

Looking at the reported address ranges, the 128MB blocks aren't contiguous. I wonder if there's some way to fix that?

A single 512MB wedge of ram is even better than 4 lots of 128 ;)

How ambitious - I like it! Never knew you could have so much in the classic machines.

if only i could get that amount under AOS4!!

stick with only the 128MB of the CSPPC .... Ibrowse, YAM, Amigift and Diropus, and i'm out of RAM :-/

@ framiga

I don't have a single file that size, but I did fill the RAM up with lots of 10mb and smaller files.

Try as I might I cannot get two DKB3128s which are adjacent to one another, to play nice (see all 128mb on each card).
Currently I have them in every alternate Zorro slot. Number one and two are separated by a PIV with Concierto and Paloma on board, but number two and three can only be separated by my Kickflash (and its attached Subway USB controller). If I fill up number 3 with 128mb RAM, it drops out of the meory pool entirely.
There have been some posts speculating that this is a bug in expansion.library. which means that adjacent memory spaces in the zorro slots must have some 'spacing' between them, but I don't know if this is true or not. I don't have the technical know-how to figure it out.
Nonetheless, 512mb is still pretty good for a classic Amiga. At some point I will load up my old Cinema 4D renders and see if some of the more complex models give me an 'out of memory' message like they used to do in the old days, when all I had was 128mb on the Cyberstorm card.

If I get any further with this RAM project I'll post the news here.
