the simple solution for me was to buy a AmigaKit's A1200 pcmica adaptor with cf card and software.
I already had a card read/write on my pc.

newer way the rapid road usb for the 1200

You didn't say which amiga?

since the files are videos..

Run the toaster/flyer, setup output to tape/any digital input (saved)
