Decent console-based tracker
« on: January 05, 2011, 01:54:02 PM »
Does such a thing exist?

I've been thinking about getting back to creating mods, as I spend two hours a day on a train and need something to do. However, i try to run as much as possible in the terminal (faulty touchpad).

I meant the linux console, but I'll give the GameBoy tracker a try, as I got a GBA lying around here somewhere. :)

GoatTracker is a SID tracker for terminals. Available for Linux, Windows and of course the C64.

That looks as if it was exactly what I was looking for! Cheers!

Alas, Goattracker doesn't run in the console, but in it's own window, which unfortunately is too large for my laptop screen. I am going to give it a go on the desktop, though.

Seems as if I'm going to have to run Digibooster in UAE instead! :D
