I remember there are one or two Pratchett readers in here so I thought I'd mention this...
I listened to the first episode of Mort on BBC Radio 4 (UK) last night and thought it was excellent. It took me back to staying up late and listening to Hitchhikers when I was a kid.
Did anyone else catch it? If not, and you have access to realplayer, you can listen to it from the
Radio 4 website. There's presently a link on the front page.
It's been a few years since I read the book and it was great being reminded of some of the jokes. One of my favourite quotes is:
"I don't know about you, but I could murder a curry" - Death
Anyway, there are 4 parts in total, part 2 is at 11pm next Tuesday.
