Batteries in Blizzard Accelerator + A4000
« on: April 04, 2009, 12:09:36 PM »
Should i remove the battery from my Blizzard Accelerator of my A1200 ?

It has the pill type battery .

I'm asking because i'm not sure if this battery can eventually leak and destroy the accelerator card . If so is it easy to remove ?

Also , my A4000 has the battery (cylinder type) .

Should i remove the A4000 battery by breaking it off ?
It doesnt appear to be leaking or anything .

There's no need to remove a battery that works. Replace it when it no longer can keep the time.

Pill batteries don't leak, at least not like the barrel-type ones.
