The chance of getting cancer is geneticly inherited, if your family or relatives is troubled with cancer, there chance of you getting it aswell is somewhat bigger.

2. Workout(an 1 hour walk may be enough) once a week for as long as you live

My Great grandmother smoked most of her life, she began when she was a teenager, and smoked till the day she died, she was 93 years old
