I remember using a program from aminet.
You ran program and reduced colours down to 128, if I recall.
Cant remember name of program though.

Thate the one, I dont remember having to set it that low. It was either 128 or 64, but no lower.

I used a program called MagicTV but I think you are limited to 16 colours and it is for an AGA machines only.
