Depends on the operating system you use. There are lots of ADF programs on Aminet that need Kick/WB 2.0. I of course suggest TSgui.

TSGui has the functionality of Toni Wilen's Rawread built in. You can create custom ADFs with it. If this does not work there is no possibility to create ADFs of these disks. Copy protections exist to prevent people from copying the disks. You might want to go to
www.back2roots.com
to search for cracked versions. Floppies that can be copied by a standard copy program can be transformed with any ADF program, no matter if NDOS or not. Only those with copy protections cause problems.
