Another way that Java could be put to use on the Amiga in an interesting probably performant way. Thoughts?

Java is one of those things you either love or hate.

Personally I always thought it wasn't worth the hassle, and I notice a lot of movement away from it, from the mainstream browser suppliers, anyway.

Having said that, an awful lot of code still gets written for it, and even if it's just for educational purposes, to demonstrate and learn Java on an Amiga, that would be a good thing.

I do think JAVA is going to be around a long time...I work in R&D and it is very much alive and well !
