Akai Professional MPX8 Mobile SD Sample Player

First off, I don't see an Amiga logo on this, why is it being posted about in an Amiga forum?

Because I have been using this with OctaMED. MIDI Channel 10.

 What is it?

This is used but used little and kept as if new. The firmware has been updated, and it includes everything that it came with as seen in the photo.
I wish I could have used this more, but time constraints held me back, and now I need money so the sound studio must go.

You might think of this as a poor man's sampler, in that you can not use it to sample ,but you can load your samples on the included 4Gb SD card and use it to play back samples, or as a drum machine for the touch pads work like actual drum pads as opposed to buttons that happen to play samples.

This can be powered via USB, and used as a Controller, or be triggered from a PC or even an Amiga for that matter via MIDI, or again USB. (MIDI only for Amiga).

I have used this with OctaMED 4 and OctaMED Sound Studio, both as a MIDI controller, and Instrument.

My Grandmother had a couch like that, but the cloth was in gold; why am I saying this, because she passed away a year before the Amiga came to market, and money from her estate was in my bank account when I bought my first Amiga 1000.
