What are these worth?
« on: November 06, 2014, 11:28:40 PM »
After years of building my 90's dream Amiga, when I completed it I found I didn't use it much tending to use my 3000/060 instead, so after an offer on the power tower, I decided to strip it and part it out.

I have the following items that I'd consider offers on and just wondering what the current value is.

Cyberstorm 060 PPC 50Mhz 060 and 233Mhz 604e ppc.

Picasso IV v1.2 with Paloma IV TV Card

Deneb USB 2.0

GB_A1000 bare board completely untouched with A3000 motherboard minus memory (3000 worked occasionally but had broken buster socket) and archive of required files

A brand new never used SubWay clockport usb module.

I have lots of other equipment I'm going to shedding once its tested including:-
A very yellow A4000D/040
My Frankenmiga 4000 warp engine 040 with spectrum RTG and SD/FF hacked into a PC tower case.
An A1500/040
Efika with radeon 9250 hacked into an external hard disc case with built in USB 2.0 hub and 10/100 network switch.
And lots of Zorro cards and miscellaneous parts mainly for big box Amiga's

Don't worry I'm not walking away from Amiga's I will be keeping my 3000/060 and probably a few others :)

Worth just about... pancakes.  But since I'm so generous I'll offer you $5 for the lot.  ;)

j/k, put them on ebay and see what they go for.  Set a reserve if you're unwilling to part with them for less than a certain amount.  Although I'm sure you'll get a few offers from folks here.  ;)

They are worth what someone is willing to pay for them. ;-)

As @Oldsmobile_Mike eBay or better still Amibay is your best bet.

Thanks for the ideas and PM's. I'll go through them and reply this evening.

I am wary of eBay since it became very buyer orientated especially with items like this that can easily be destroyed or damaged, and some of the scamming buyers that exist and now protected  by no negative feedback from sellers.

I'm based in Lincolnshire, UK (that used to be in my profile) but willing to ship worldwide at buyers cost.

I don't mind commenting, feel free to shoot me down :D

Cyberstorm 060 PPC 50Mhz 060 and 233Mhz 604e ppc.

>£700-£1200 depends on factors such as what is supplied with, i.e box manual, software(OS) etc.

Picasso IV v1.2 with Paloma IV TV Card

>£275-£350

Deneb USB 2.0

>With the RapidRoad maybe the stock has fallen on these, you would have got £300-£350 6 Months ago, maybe £225-250 now

IMHO Deneb is still the better choice, DMA, 4mb Kickflash and extra USB header.

GB_A1000 bare board completely untouched with A3000 motherboard minus  memory (3000 worked occasionally but had broken buster socket) and  archive of required files

>Sorry I don't know much about the value of this

A brand new never used SubWay clockport usb module.

>Again with the Rapid Road out you might only get £75-£90 now (was £150+ 6 Months ago)

I have lots of other equipment I'm going to shedding once its tested including:-
A very yellow A4000D/040

>£250-£350

My Frankenmiga 4000 warp engine 040 with spectrum RTG and SD/FF hacked into a PC tower case.

>Part it out, you'll get £400+ for the WE040 alone.
>RTG depends on the card
>Motherboard £150+ if it's in good order

An A1500/040

>Depends on the Turbo Board the A1500 probably isn't worth that much

Efika with radeon 9250 hacked into an external hard disc case with built in USB 2.0 hub and 10/100 network switch.

>Again I don't know much about this, sorry.

And lots of Zorro cards and miscellaneous parts mainly for big box Amiga's

>Depends on the Cards, Zorro cards such as RTG, Sound and NIC are very sought after.
