Steve Kitchen of Activision

Not to sound morbid but does anyone know what happened to Steve Kitchen?  Did he pass away?  I know the Kitchen family was full of great programmers but I tried to search for Steve but I can't find anything.

You can see him here demonstrating his game Space Shuttle:

I remember a Gary Kitchen (eg. Activision "The Designer's Pencil"), but not a Steve...
but I could be wrong.

Thanks for the info!  I didn't realize he had a sex change.  That would explain why his original name was a dead end.

I can't believe the number of '80s programmers who had sex changes.

Thanks again,
