If it is, google it. Nobody is allowed to provide you links to warez here.
Amiga 3000D UP and running! Hear that clicking. 8)
Amiga 3000D & 4000D in storage sadly.

It's 'open' sourced now.

http://www.discreetfx.com/downloads.html

I think they allow you to download the source, but if you want a compiled version, you either have to compile it yourself, or pay for a CD.

I asked for the cd but got no reply.

Also that doesn't make sense. Why can't we use the software compiled by someone else? It's open source.

Also who would need Video Toaster software other than Video Toaster users?

OK, so apparently there is no way to get an old toaster board to work since you can't buy the software anywhere??

You can probably still buy it from Newtek and it shows up on ebay all the time. The Toaster was huge in it's day and there a lots of copies of the software and manual out there.
A2500 owned since 1993 with A2630/DKB 2632, DKB Megachip, GVP EGS Spectrum, A2320 and GVP HC+8 on the inside and a DCTV on the outside. A4000D with CSPPC, Cybervision 64 and a Flicker Magic flicker fixer. A4000T Toaster Flyer & CSMKII. All systems completly retro and classic and mostly used to do geometic art as in my avatar.

I think they are not doing it to earn money but to help people like us out.

But like I said I can't find the latest software for Toaster4000&Flyer, Newtek are not answering to my email, I can not find the 4.3 CD and other installation disks and I don't trust ebay. :(

MyVbay2009 is always turning over his goods and sells all versions of Toaster software at any given time. You might email him and ask if he has what you might want. This IS NOT a plug for any particular ebay'er - just trying to help. :)

Newtek had several versions of the cd.
For a toaster 2000 (read original card) the cd that is 3.5 is best for live switching.

the 4.3 cd was meant for flyer editing (read with flyer and drives)

Newtek stills sells whatever stock it has left.

What happens when they run out of the CD's? Should we start throwing the cards without software to trash? :)

IMHO, every card should be sold with all disks, manuals and extras that came in the box!
