Seasonal topic about availability
« on: September 06, 2011, 02:38:53 PM »
Well, this is just another topic about:

When the heck are you guys planning to release the Powerbook version?

I'm also a hobbyist developer, I create crap iOS games and they're released when they're DONE.
...but... even like that I always have a target date in mind...
So, can I have some idea about the expected date...

couple of weeks? :)

Fat chance of getting an official answer....

Latest grapewine:

Hopefully this year, but not before Bad Bramstedt (14-16 october).

/me didn't say anything ;)
1. Make an announcment.
2. Wait a while.
3. Check if it can actually be done.
4. Wait for someone else to do it.
5. Start working on it while giving out hillarious progress-reports.
6. Deny that you have ever announced it
7. Blame someone else

Well, so I can hopefully expect it anytime between Oct-16 and Dec-31 2011...

BTW, how the licenses are paid? Through paypal? Do I get a physical media or something?

Rgds,

MorphOS ETA is December.

It could slip, but the odds of the OS4 netbook being out first are virtually nil.

If you really decide to sell it drop me a PM. Why bother with eBay etc. ;) ?

As for MorphOS license - you install the OS, run the Regtool and receive a PayPal link. Shortly after paying the license fee you receive your keyfile via e-mail.
