I think I've placed three separate orders from them. Shipping took about a week to San Diego, which is really fast for international.  They were also very responsive and helpful with my questions.

I got one of the new old stock A1200s.  I'm not sure the machine was 100% new (the "breaking this sticker voids warranty" sticker on the bottom was broken) but otherwise it is cosmetically perfect.  It's possible that they had to break that sticker to get me an NTSC model, maybe by doing some modification to the motherboard.  If that's the case, it's a service I am grateful for :).

Merax, I'm aiming for an NTSC model too. I don't mind if they've been inside the machine. As long as by new they mean hasn't been in use in someone's home for several years, then returned or sold etc.

Shoot, I went home for lunch today and discovered my 26" Samsung CRT TV is emitting high pitched squeal noises. It's unbearable to hear. I may have to delay the Amiga purchase and address that issue first. :( Yeah, nostalgia will have to wait. *sigh*

Wow, that is an amazing amount of positive feedback, and yet here I am, about to add another!

i've ordered from them a few times, always very fast delivery, reasonable prices and Matthew goes out of his way to help. Something I wanted wasn't on the website, he asked me to check back a day later and there it was! Ordered and delivered all within a few days.

Highly recommended!
