(unsure where to post) Help with CPU - PC Related.

I was thinking of upgrading the old M$ CrudBox (PC) I got and found a good deal for a CPU but it's over in America Land and I live in the United Kingdom.
My question is quite simple really, will this CPU work perfectly fine once recived or will there be any issues with power and / or compatablility?

It's just a single core old 462 socket.
