will this CPU work perfectly fine once recived or will there be any issues with power and / or compatablility?

Considering all the CPUs come from the same very same fab lines before being delivered all around the world, the answer must be: Yes it will work perfectly fine, no there can't possibly be any power or compatibility issues.

The CPUs are the same, regardless of the continent.

Like it has been pointed out already: The only problems might arise from specific motherboard chipset or BIOS incompatibilities.
