Thanks to The Goose and Wayne we now have an Amiga Audio section! Woo hoo!

If you look at my Sig you can find some of my tracks written on my miggy. Not sure if the Myspace player works with Amiga browsers though. I'll give it a try when I get my A2000 online.

Strange... "Amiga Audio" and "Desktop Video" posts are also showing up in the "Coffee House" listing.

@mr_a500

That's because they need that coffee to make their musics all night long.. all night...all night long.

All done on the Amiga? What software are you using?
I'm listening to it just now. Some nice stuff - love "The Screw".
I've downloaded them and added to my playlist. :)

I've just put in friend requests for myself (Robert Wilson) and our band (AbelSoul).

It doesn't but you can upload stuff to soundclick.com and download it with amiga browsers.
Ours is here (13 demo tracks so far):

All but one track (Just A Little Harder - done entirely in Garageband on my iBook) utilises either an Amiga or a Pegasos.

@Wilse,

Thanks for listening. I added you as a friend over there.
I'll have to check out your tracks

I usally use a mix of Logic/garageband on the Mac and Octamed/Soundprobe on the Amiga.

"The Screw" was done mostly in Garageband. The 4th song down "The dishwashers blinking" was done in Octamed then recorded with Logic w/ live tracks added.

Right now I'm working on Midi syncing Logic with Octamed so I can sort of "live mix" them together at the same BPM.

I'm just trying to learn Logic Express. I also use Garageband, OctaMED, HD-Rec (A couple of tracks were done entirely on HD-Rec on my A1) and ProStation Audio on the Pegasos.

I really like that tune, although I felt it ended too quickly - was just getting into it. :-D

Any chance of posting a "how to" if you manage it?

@spyhunter:

Sounds really nice, makes me think a little of They Might Be Giants in their early days, only more electronic and less "real" instruments.

@wilse:

Love the song "Obia"! The rest is also nice, though I think the lyrics in "I still remember" sound a very lot like "We can dance" from Men Without Hats.

Safety Dance - I know.
Potsy (other band member) wrote the song and the first time we rehearsed it in the studio, I turned round to him and said:
"You know, the vocal melody there reminds me of..."
He cut me off before I could finish, saying:
"I know, I know, Safety Dance by Men Without Hats."

It was totally accidental and most stuff sounds like something else anyway, so we'll probably leave it as it is.
I also rather like Safety Dance. ;-)

Anyway, thanks very much for listening and the feedback.

well, my interest had been aroused, but I just wanted to hear the safety dance sound-alike, not fill out a whole form...which I did not, will not, etc.  so I gave up, my interest would now need a viagra.

Just to inform you: you can also listen to streaming audio, which requires no registring, instead of downloading the whole mp3.
