To pick a favourite is not easy to do, there is way to many, but a few that come to my mind our Kefrens Desert Dreams, Spaceballs STOA/9 Fingers, Substance by Quartet i think it was and quite a few Sanity productions.
On the AGA/PPC side of things, Deathtrial by Mankind has it all to.

There is loads of top quality AGA stuff to.. which there titles don't spring to mind atm.
