:roflmao: sorry

The only thing I'd find offensive (at least in this environment :)) is a zoomed in picture of a lady's a*se cleavage...

well, I always say we're all born nude, through the vagina, and we all sucked on mom's tits (or the nurturer's), so family values shouldn't be offended with such pictures methinks :-)

[maybe we should rather talk about office-values]

Tell us that after you've seen someone with a "goatse" avatar...

BTW How many complaints have there been?

Is it a substantial number or 2?

I'm asking because I remember there was a fuss about a TV program having complaints some years ago and they changed it (or something about it).

In the end it turns out that 6 million had watched the program but only a grand total of 11 had complained.

That said what is acceptable and what isn't can vary greatly between countries.

"well, I always say we're all born nude, through the vagina, and we all sucked on mom's"

Sex, and those events you mentioned are personal, sacred,  and have no place here.  I believe this site is here to draw legitimate Amiga related interest and attention, not to distract us from faithful pursuits in real life relationships by jolting our basic sex drive.  I'm glad to see this updated posting guideline.

That's YOUR opinion.
I can also say that I take offense to all right-wing statements. (also, ppl vote 'secretly')

@speel

Say that after you've been fired for 'looking at pornography' while browsing Amiga.org.

What you must also realise is, like offices, most families do not whittle away the hours sitting around each other with their erogenous zones on display.

As long as I'm still free to express acts of extreme violence against comically overweight (and otherwise) OS mascots, I'm happy

But there's also a very ridiculous "invention" like a swimming suit or prudish things alike.

well, i've got to agree that such things are - in theory - prudish.

however, in America, we have alot of people who should remind clothed so as not to scare the horses.:roflmao:

(for those non-english speakers:
that's an idiom from the early 20th century when cars were starting to come into use. there were plenty of horses on the roads. it was considered in poor taste to do something with your car - like drive too noisily - because it would startle the horses)
the no CARB diet- no Cheney, Ashcroft, Rumsfeld or Bush.

Well, as if everyone has to be physically handsome! But I don't care whether they're dressed or not.

I think it is kinda funny, yes. But don't you think we have trivialised a fair point though? I mean, I surf the internet on a laptop in my front room, where there are usually people. So regardless of whether I am offended or not, I might not want images that may offend others on display in my living tomb.
I kinda feel I'm stating the obvious, but oh well...

Tell that to the dentist in PA that was arrested for having a naked woman riding on his motorcycle. Well, she was arrested too. Apparently, according to the news she was quite nasty to the officer.

Remember folks, this site is PG-13.

But is for instance a sculpture or painting from Michelangelo offending? And why wouldn't guns (as I've seen those in avatars) be offending?
