paul1981 Posts:2157 | January 07, 2015, 09:49:55 PM So here, for 3.1, Commodore went back to their 2.04/2.05 'Amiga Rainbow' logo by the looks of it. |
rkauer Posts:3263 | June 23, 2008, 11:29:12 PM I have 3 of those AT 3.1 disk sets in home. Not a single one for sale, obviously. One set for every Amiga with 3.1 ROM I have.:-P |
McVenco Posts:1428 | June 23, 2008, 05:11:31 PM It's not rare at all. I've got 6 of those sets lying around here. As a matter of fact, I only ever had (and saw) ONE set of 3.1 disks with the "red square" (Amiga Technologies) logo... |
Golem!dk Posts:414 | June 23, 2008, 04:43:53 PM @weirdami That's just a convenient way of telling them apart. Handy when you get a request to insert a specific disk. |
Golem!dk Posts:414 | June 23, 2008, 04:42:23 PM Yup, got the same set here from Village Tronic. So that's a no, not exactly rare. But someone on ebay might think they are. |
rkauer Posts:3263 | June 22, 2008, 10:04:57 PM I think those disks came with the earlier A4000T that Commodore start to do before the fall. It came (the disk set) from a friend who used to have Amigas (today he can't ever hear about). The last Amiga he had was a C= A4000T (yep, at least one in Brazil) who died in his hands. A horror story, if someone ask. All caused by a bad cap in the PSU! Blew away: a PicassoIV, CS 060 MK IV and the motherboard. :boohoo: |

Jeff Posts:1398 | June 22, 2008, 08:50:53 AM I have the same set with roms and manuals. I purchased my copy of 3.1 from Villagetronic when it first became available. Cool Stuff! -Jeff |
